• No Liability: We do not pre-screen all content. We are not liable for the accuracy, safety, or legality of any user-generated lists or shared media.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it so the service can function.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, or defamatory.
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others.
• Contains viruses or malicious code.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

4. User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless govouch and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at help@govouch.app.

Any disputes arising from your use of this service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, govouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service or any content posted by third parties. Everything is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
